If you ever wish to have your profile deactivated, please be aware that this cannot be done automatically through your account settings. You will need to contact our Helpdesk directly to initiate the deactivation process.
Important:
If you currently have an active subscription with us, this must be cancelled before we can proceed with deactivating your profile. Once your subscription is cancelled, our support team will assist you with the profile deactivation.
