If you're experiencing technical issues with our site, a quick and effective solution is often to clear your browser cache. While it may sound technical, it’s actually a simple process that only takes a few minutes.
How to Clear Your Browser Cache
Google Chrome
Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
On the left-hand side, click Privacy and security.
Choose Clear browsing data.
Select the time range and the types of data to clear (e.g., cached images and files).
Click Clear data.
Safari
On Mac:
Click Safari in the top menu bar > Clear History..., choose a time range, then click Clear History.On iPhone or iPad:
Go to the Settings app > Safari > tap Clear History and Website Data.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Navigate to Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Select the time range and the data types you want to remove (e.g., browsing history, cookies, cached images).
Click Clear now.
Note: Clearing your browser data may log you out of most websites, including ours. Please ensure you know your passwords before proceeding.
