Prepayment and Auto-Renewal Policies:
It’s important to understand that our payment system operates on a prepayment basis, which means that subscription fees are charged upfront for the selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly or yearly). Furthermore, our subscription services are designed to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless you have an annual membership, which has its own renewal policies.

Annual memberships do not renew automatically unless specified, meaning you’ll need to manually renew at the end of your subscription period. If you're unsure about your renewal status, feel free to check in your account settings.
